I run a successful hypnotherapy practice from Oke
Hypnotherapy in Manchester as well as from Wainwright
Therapy Centre in Sheffield and Bodyworks Clinic in Glossop.

I often utilised Life Coaching techniques with my Hypnotherapy
and NLP clients, so I later decided to train for a Life Coaching
qualification and to offer coaching as an independent discipline.
I often find, especially when working to eliminate a coaching
client's limiting beliefs, that my expertise in hypnotherapy is
also advantageous to my coaching clients.

Prior to training as a Hypnotherapist and Life Coach and setting up my own practices, my career was
spent in sales and marketing where I progressed as far as the position of Sales and Marketing Director.
I have coached many start-up businesses, particularly in the complementary health sector. When
coaching business people or engaging in corporate contracts, I utilise not only my expertise in Life
Coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP but also the years that I spent training, mentoring and managing
sales, telesales and customer service teams.

I also believe in "practice what you preach". My own life reads somewhat like a coaching case study,
having reached the pinnacle of one career and then finding success in a complete career change that
I find more personally rewarding. My home life is packed full with sports, acting in several amateur
theatres as well as helping out on the technical side/as a bit of a roadie for the rock bands my wife
sings lead vocals in. I've also appeared in several shows on Television and Radio including BBC1,
ITV1, Channel M, Virgin Radio and BBC Radio Manchester. For Virgin One's forthcoming series
"Seaside's Last Resort" (January 2010), I was also part of Duncan Bannatyne's team of business
Makeover experts for one of the shows.
